How does area-based billing work?
The Free plan includes 5 km² of credit each month. That credit only applies to exports up to 1 km² each. If an export is larger than 1 km², or you no longer have enough credit left for it, it is billed separately. Pro includes 50 km²/month, Academic 30 km²/month, and Enterprise is unlimited.
What is the maximum area I can download?
The technical limit is 100 km² per download (about 10 km x 10 km). On the Free plan, exports over 1 km² are allowed, but billed separately.
How long does the launch offer last?
The 50% discount offer is for a limited time. Users who subscribe during the launch will keep the promotional price as long as their subscription remains active.
When will the Academic plan be available?
The Academic plan is available for students and educators with an institutional email. Contact us at

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Paddle, our secure payment processor. PayPal payments are also accepted in some countries.
